Who We Are
Miraflor was founded in the 1970s in Mira, in the heart of an area where agricultural traditions and horticulture have always played a central role. From the very beginning, the company has stood out for its attention to the quality of its materials and its ability to meet the growing needs of the gardening and professional horticultural sectors.
Over the years, Miraflor evolved alongside the market, expanding its expertise and refining its substrate production techniques. This growth was further accelerated by the arrival of Carlo Tessari, who took over as CEO of the new company. Under his leadership, Miraflor consolidated its industrial identity and invested in technology, innovation, and plant modernization.
Today, the company boasts six independent, modern production lines, designed to ensure continuous, rapid, and efficient production of bags of soil and substrates. These lines allow Miraflor to respond promptly to requests from both the professional sector (floriculture, specialized gardening, agricultural production), and the retail sector (garden centers and agricultural centers).
Miraflor's product range has expanded over time: in addition to growing substrates and specific soils for various plant types, the company produces manure, organic soil improvers, and a wide selection of mulching materials, designed to improve soil health, reduce weed growth, and optimize water management.
Thanks to a combination of experience, innovation, and a commitment to quality, Miraflor has established itself as a leading player in the Italian horticultural industry, continuing its original mission of providing reliable, high-performance products for those who grow with passion, professionalism, or simply for the love of greenery.
